Jack Lester also gained valuable knowledge drafting and formulating laws during his tenure as counsel to New York State Senate Finance Committee.

These cases have resulted in the preservation of park land, the prevention of over-development in SoHo, Tribeca and the Upper East Side of Manhattan and in monetary awards totaling millions, in one case securing an $8 Million property damage settlement for his co-op clients.
